Which African countries are open for tourists?

Many of you have asked when Africa is opening and if the borders are open. The air borders have been open for some time now and camps and lodges are open.

Botswana: international airports open, landborders are open
Kenya: international airports open, landborders are open
Madagascar: international airport of Nosy Be is only open
Malawi: international airports open, landborders are closed
Mauritius: international airports are closed until March 26 2021
Mozambique: international airports open, landborders are closed
Namibia: international airports open, landborder Katima Mulilo is only open
Rwanda: international airports open, landborders are closed
Seychelles: international airports are open
Tanzania: international airports open, landborders are open
Uganda: international airports open, landborders are closed
Zambia: international airports are open, landborders Victoria Falls and Chirundu are closed
Zimbabwe: international airports open, landborders are closed
South Africa: international airports open, most landborders are open

In all destinations it is possible to do a PCR test before departure. But please check your travel insurance for coverage during Covid-19.
