History

Africa has an impressive history of colonization, explorers and slave trade. This is still very much visible in today’s society, you can see, feel and taste it. Think of the Battlefields in Kwazulu Natal, Stone Town and the spices in Zanzibar, Cape of Good Hope, the Kigali Memorial Center in Rwanda, Swakopmund with its German houses, Lamu in Kenya, Maputo in Mozambique.
