13 days – Self Drive Zimbabwe & Botswana Accommodated 4×4

This is a stunning 4×4 self drive through Zimbabwe and Botswana with endless safaris and game drives. During this tour you will have the opportunity to admire the Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe), Hwange National Park, Chobe National Park as well as Magkadigadi National Park. The safari destinations that are perfect to combine.  There is the option to extend this tour and include for example Moremi Game Reserve, Nxai Pan or Khwai. 

As we are from this area originally, we know this area intimately and can advise from personal experience.

Accommodation
We choose accommodations that are well situated for visits to the various parks. Since our tours are tailor-made, we would like to hear from you if there are certain facilities you prefer such as a restaurant onsite or pool for example. Or is peace and quiet a pre-requisite? No problem, we will keep this in mind when planning your trip!
If you prefer to camp instead of staying in a lodge, let us know and we can amend the itinerary accordingly.

Car rental
A 4×4 is required to drive in Zimbabwe and Botswana, as their ground clearance is higher, which is more suitable for the areas you cover.

Optional activities
Optional activities can be pre-booked if need be, but most of them can be booked upon arrival. Examples are:

• Victoria Falls day visit
• Mokoro excursion in the Okavango delta
• Flight over the Okavango delta
• Quad biking in Gweta 
• Meerkat tour Gweta
• Boat cruise on the Chobe river
