Welcome to Africa! Today you land at VFA airport in Zimbabwe. On arrival, our representative will be waiting for you with the 4×4 rental car. Collect it and drive to the lodge. In the afternoon there is time to visit the Victoria Falls and end the day with a Sunset cruise on the river (you can also do this tomorrow on the Zambian side) Note: if you want to save something, we can book a camping spot at Vic Falls rest Camp.
After a leisurely breakfast you cross the border into Zambia. Once in Zambia you can do some shopping for the coming days and book an activity in the afternoon.
Travel to Lusaka today. Wild animals are already roaming this site, a taste of what’s to come!
Today you travel further north east through a rural part of Zambia. Small settlements and everyday life color the journey.
Time for safari! In South Luangwa you can drive around with your own rental car or book a game drive in an open 4×4 vehicle or walking safari via the reception of the campsite. The campsite is beautifully situated on the river.
Travel day southwards.
If you would like some more variety, we can include Pioneers lodge as accommodation.
Travel to Kafue where you will stay for the next few days. The campsite is beautifully situated on the river.
Travel to the southern part of Kafue and enjoy another day of the park here.
Leave Kafue and travel towards Livingstone. Overnight is at the Nkanga River Conservation Area.
Cross the border at Livingstone and spend the last night in a lodge (camping on request).
After a leisurely breakfast you drive to the airport where you return the 4×4 rental car and check in for the flight home.
