Itinerary

Day 1, 2Victoria Falls (Zambia)

Welcome in Zambia!
Upon arrival you will be met at the airport by our representative and taken to the lodge.
Waterberry’s idyllic, scenic position on the banks of the Zambezi , with excellent accommodation and outstanding service, makes it the perfect base for a visit to Victoria Falls while escaping the busy town.

Day 3, 4Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)

Cross into Zimbabwe for the opportunity to explore the Zimbabean side of the Victoria Falls.

Set in lush gardens with beautifully manicured lawns, this fifty room lodge is a great option for those who value comfort and elegance. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated in a classic style, and each has a clear and open view of the garden.

Activities such as rafting, sunset cruises and others can be pre booked or via reception. A Boma dinner will be a fun thing for the whole family!

Day 5, 6Eastern Hwange National Park

Time for a safari! You stay at Ivory Lodge – place of elephants. It is here that great herds of elephants are found – sometimes over 100 strong.

Hwange is renowned for its huge tuskers – big old bulls with magnificent tusks. It is also here that the famous Presidential Herd drinks – these elephants’ home-range is amongst the dense feeding areas of the Sikumi Vlei and where they find refuge from the scorching heat at Ivory’s water hole.

Activities include game walks, game drives, a visit to the Painted Dog Conservation Center, villages and more.

Day 7, 8Western Hwange National Park

The great appeal of the Robins Camp area of Hwange is that its specific habitat is favoured by buffalo which attracts the lions in the Park. The Robins Camp surrounds are also known for big populations of reedbuck, roan, sable and tsessebe antelope, as well as herds of elephants and other species usually encountered in the Park.

Day 9Pandamatenga - Chobe National Park

Wildtrack Safaris Eco Lodge borders the Hwange National Park and is situated near the village of Pandamatenga and the Kazuma National Park. Botswana’s beautiful Chobe region is only an hour from the lodge, making it possible to explore the Chobe National Park and River. The inclusive game drives are operated in Kazuma pans on the Botswana side, as well as south towards Deka, in the Sibuyu reserve, with our sundowers being an experience in itself.

Wildtrack Safari Eco Lodge has a range of activities on offer, which include morning and night game drives in open 4×4 game drive vehicles, guided bush walks, as well as interactive tours within the community of Pandamatenga – allowing guests the opportunity not only to observe, but also contribute towards ongoing community enrichment programs.

Day 10, 11, 12Chobe National Park

Time to explore Chobe National Park and the Chobe river!
Located high on the edge of a rocky ridge overlooking the famous Chobe River is the newly developed Chobe Elephant Camp. This uniquely designed lodge has been built to take advantage of the incredible views overlooking the sweeping floodplains while offering a comfortable refuge from the harsh African conditions. Entirely built out of sandbags from the red Kalahari sands that dominate the northern part of Botswana, this eco-friendly lodge presents an original design reminiscent of traditional African farmsteads and can accommodate up to 24 guests in eleven chalets.

Day 13End of Itinerary

After brakfast a road transfer will drop you off at Kasane Airport. We hope you have loves this journey and fallen in love with Africa. Safe travels back home!
