Sandra

Solo Traveller

Hello, I’m Sandra and write from Italy. I enjoyed the tour in Zambia and Namibia in December/January 2014/15. I spent 15 beautiful days with guides Albert and Joanell and the other tourists. I would like to thank the guide Albert Muchena and your staff: during the flight connection Johannesburg-Livingstone my luggage was lost. You made the best to find it, to send it with a flight from Johannesburg to Windhoek. I received the bag 5 days later in Etosha National Park and it was a marvellous surprise!!!! Many thanks for your competence, help and courtesy!!!
