Walking safaris

The most common activity in the Serengeti are the game drives with an open top game vehicle. There are areas where they start walking safaris. However, we believe that the guides are not yet as skilled as they are in Southern Africa. Therefore we do not active promote the Serengeti as a Walking Safari destination.

River crossing

The famous river crossing of the wildebeest takes place from February until October in the West and Northern Park of the Serengeti. The Grumeti River and the Mara River are famous spots to watch the wildebeest run for their lives when crocodiles and preditors are waiting for the perfect moment to grab a young calf.

Hot Air Balloon

A hot air balloon in the Serengeti is a once in a lifetime experience. From the sky you can even better experience how big and beautiful this landscape is. The adventure will end with a champagne breakfast in the middle of the plains.
