Best time to visit Vilanculous

The best time to visit Vilanculous and the Bazaruto Archipelago is during the dry season, from May to November. These winter months are cooler than the hot and humid summer months, especially from December till January.

Sealife

Enjoy some of the most spectacular dives in the world with sightings of whale sharks, sharks and rays of various species including giant mantas up to 7 m in wingspan, dolphins, various species of turtles, and the majestic humpback whales that visit these waters between the months of June to November during their annual migration.
