Tell us what you expect of a holiday, what you would like to experience, what level of comfort you want and based on this input we create a custom itinerary, combining flights, transfers, accommodation, tours, visits, meals and exclusive—so you can spend your time on other things!

No hidden fees

In fact, we don’t charge fees at all. Booking fees, reservation fees, credit card fees, they are all included in the price.

We tailor our services to your individual needs. Have concerns? We talk you through them. Need a hotel that can cater to your allergies? We speak to hotel managers to make sure it’s taken care of. In addition, when calling us, you will be dealing with one of us. We know all the ins and outs of your trip and care about you.

We offer insurance

From guaranteeing availability to knowing if the excursion company is legitimate, booking through us ensures that you will not get duped. However, we do advise all our travellers to have adequate insurance for medical emergencies and trip cancellations.

We are available 24/7

We are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are there with you throughout the booking process and follow up afterwards. We have a huge network at the destinations we sell, and will be able to sort out any issues speedily. 

Contacting an OTA’s customer service line often means wading through a chain of people. We have heard people spending six and a half hours over three days speaking with customer service department.
